The Poughkeepsie Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce supports many events every month. During the current health issues, many are conducted on a virtual basis, while others are held in person with social distancing rules in effect. Events for 2021 are still being organized and announced during Jan 2021; however, the chamber conducts an ongoing monthly breakfast meeting.

These breakfast meetings are usually held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. The chamber also schedules speakers for each session. For example, in Nov, the City of Poughkeepsie economic and development officials spoke about various projects underway within the city, providing updates on their progress. They also addressed many questions from the audience.

The next scheduled chamber breakfast meeting is planned for Feb 17, 2021, from 8 am to 9 pm. Location and speakers will be announced. These informal get-togethers are a great opportunity to network with fellow members and business leaders within the city.
