Broken Pipes Cause Water Damage

Broken pipes are a common occurance here in the Dutchess county region, especially in the colder months.  In this customer's home, a pipe bursting in the ceiling caused a major water loss in their home.  SERVPRO of NW and SE Dutchess County was called out on site to assist with the mitigation.  We began the process of drying out the home right away.  We used our specialty drying equipment to help save their hardwood floors.  The customer was thrilled that we took such pride and care in the work SERVPRO of NW and SE Dutchess County performed and even recommended us to a few of their friends!
